Not for emergencies
Do not use R1M for chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, stroke symptoms, heavy bleeding, loss of consciousness, suicidal thoughts, rapidly worsening symptoms or another emergency. Contact local emergency services or go to the nearest appropriate emergency facility immediately.
1. What R1M is
R1M is a technology platform for pseudonymous, structured follow-up records between patients and verified doctors. It can support scheduled questionnaires, formal messages, doctor-created follow-up records and patient-authorised links to documents held by an external cloud provider.
R1M itself is not a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, ambulance service, diagnostic laboratory, medical device, health insurer or substitute for a registered medical practitioner's independent judgement.
2. No diagnosis, prescription or treatment by the platform
The platform does not independently diagnose a condition, prescribe or dispense medicine, order investigations, certify fitness, provide prognosis, or create a doctor–patient relationship. Any medical advice or decision comes from the treating professional, not from R1M.
Questionnaire scores, colour bands, reminders and rule-based alerts are organisational aids. They may be incomplete, delayed, incorrectly configured or unsuitable for an individual. A score is not a diagnosis and must be interpreted by a qualified clinician using full clinical context.
3. No continuous or guaranteed monitoring
R1M is not continuously monitored. Doctors are not required to be online, typing indicators do not prove clinical review, and a submitted questionnaire or message may not be seen promptly. Notifications, email, browser push, queues, internet connections and third-party services can fail or be delayed.
Never wait for an R1M reply when symptoms need timely assessment. Follow the emergency and escalation instructions supplied by your treating team and seek direct medical care whenever concerned.
4. Remote information has limitations
A doctor reviewing R1M data may not have a complete history, physical examination, medication list, investigation results or current vital signs. Messages and uploaded records can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misunderstood or submitted by the wrong person. A doctor may require an in-person or otherwise appropriate clinical consultation before acting.
R1M messaging alone is not represented as a complete telemedicine consultation. If a doctor chooses to provide telemedicine outside or alongside R1M, the doctor is responsible for complying with applicable professional standards, identification, consent, documentation and prescribing requirements.
5. Medicines and treatment plans
Do not start, stop or change medicines, wound care, activity, diet, devices or rehabilitation solely because of platform content, a score or a missed reply. Follow the plan given by the treating clinician. Contact an appropriate professional if instructions conflict or side effects occur.
6. Documents and third-party services
R1M does not verify that a linked document is authentic, complete, malware-free or associated with the correct person. Google Drive and other external providers control their own availability, authentication, copying, downloading and retention. A recipient may be able to take screenshots or retain a permitted copy despite an expiry or revocation.
7. Information and health tips
General recovery tips, educational text and links are informational only and may not apply to a particular condition, age, pregnancy, allergy, disability or treatment. They do not replace personalised advice. Product descriptions such as “follow-up engine” describe workflow functionality, not guaranteed clinical outcomes.
8. Contact
For product problems contact info@review1m.in. Do not send emergencies or unnecessary health information by email. For privacy matters, use the authenticated Privacy and Access page or info@review1m.in.
